We want your order to arrive safely and packaged with the same care we put into every product. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing and Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 4 to 8 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order payment is confirmed and a shipping notification with the tracking number.

Delivery Options
The delivery information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the order’s weight and destination.

We currently ship to Portugal (mainland and islands) and Spain (peninsula).
Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country—these are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are working to expand the number of European countries to which we deliver.

Free Shipping
We currently do not offer any free shipping options.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

If you do not receive the tracking information within 8 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@khoraliving.com.

Packaging
All KHÖRA LIVING orders are carefully packaged. Our boxes are designed to protect your products during shipping and to make you feel special when you receive them. All packaging materials are recyclable. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email at support@khoraliving.com, sending us a photo, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
