Our Commitment
We want you to love everything you receive from Khöra Living. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Return Process
We accept returns of unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us via email at support@khoraliving.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and necessary instructions regarding shipping methods and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders or customized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for a new item.

European Union 14-Day Cancellation Period
Regardless of the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it—unused and free of wear and tear—with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
