Product care

Candle care

For a longer and cleaner burn.

First use

Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges on the first use — this prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle's life.

Wick trimming

Before each use, trim the wick to 5 mm. This reduces smoke, prevents uneven burning and prolongs the life of your candle.

Burn time

Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Extinguish it if the flame becomes too large, flickers excessively, or produces smoke.

Secure Delete

Use a candle snuffer instead of blowing out the flame. This prevents hot wax from splattering and preserves the aroma. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Store with care

Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and draughts. Store with the lid on when not in use, to protect the fragrance and container.

Security

Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Always light on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Discontinue use when 1 cm of wax remains.

Diffuser care

For a constant and long-lasting fragrance.

Assembly

Remove the cap and insert all the reeds into the bottle. Allow 24 hours for the oil to fully saturate the reeds before the fragrance reaches its maximum intensity.

Intensity adjustment

Use fewer reeds for a subtle, background fragrance, use more for a stronger presence. Turn the reeds weekly to refresh the aroma, doing so carefully to avoid spills.

Location

Place in areas with gentle air circulation—hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms—away from direct sunlight and heat sources, which can accelerate evaporation.

Rod care

Replace the reeds when they become saturated and no longer diffuse effectively. Using new reeds with a refill will always provide the best results.

Handle with care

Fragrance oil may stain surfaces and fabrics. Place on a tray or protective surface. Keep out of reach of children and pets and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
